Important Guidelines to Maintain Your Virtual Card Status and Ensure Uninterrupted Service
Important Notice
To ensure continued access to our virtual card services, please be aware that your card may be permanently closed by our banking partners under the following conditions:
1. Consecutive Failed Transactions
Policy: If your card experiences 10 consecutive failed transactions due to insufficient funds, it will be permanently deactivated.
Why: Repeated failed attempts suggest account misuse or neglect.
Threshold: 10 consecutive failures
Tip: Enable balance notifications to ensure your card always has sufficient funds before attempting a transaction.
2. Cumulative Failed Transactions
Policy: If your card accumulates 60 total failed transactions (regardless of time or sequence), it may be closed permanently.
Why: A high volume of failed payments over time affects banking credibility.
Threshold: 60 failed payments (total)
Tip: Regularly review your transaction history and avoid repeated payment attempts when funds are low.
3. Extended Inactivity
Policy: If your virtual card is inactive for 150 consecutive days (approximately 5 months), it may be closed.
Why: Inactive cards are subject to automatic deactivation for security and operational efficiency.
Threshold: 150 days without activity
Tip: Use your card periodically, even for small purchases, to maintain active status.
Best Practices for Card Management
To keep your virtual card active and secure:
Monitor your balance frequently.
Enable low balance alerts and payment notifications.
Avoid repeated failed transactions.
Make at least one transaction every few weeks.
Contact support promptly if you experience technical issues.
By following these simple practices, you help ensure uninterrupted service and maintain the trust of our banking partners.
